At Regentrax we’re continuously improving Sentinel to make waste management simpler, more transparent and more efficient for everyone in the supply chain. Here’s a look at what we’ve recently added.

Customer & Supplier Portal

Customers and suppliers can now log in securely to their own dedicated portal and track loads arriving at site in real time.

No more chasing phone calls or waiting for end-of-day reports. As soon as a vehicle is weighed in, the data is live. Suppliers can see exactly what has arrived, when it arrived, and the relevant transaction details — giving everyone in the supply chain the visibility they need to manage their operations confidently.

Access is protected by secure, account-based login so each customer or supplier only ever sees their own data.

Internal Portal for Site Staff

Site staff now have a dedicated Internal Portal giving them a live operational view of the day’s activity at a glance.

From a single dashboard, staff can monitor:

  • Number of loads — a real-time count of deliveries throughout the day, broken down by disposal site
  • Overweight vehicles — any vehicle exceeding its permitted maximum weight is immediately flagged
  • Material types — a breakdown of EWC codes and material categories arriving on site
  • Pricing — transaction values visible alongside load data for quick financial oversight

The dashboard auto-refreshes so staff always have an up-to-date picture without needing to reload the page manually.

Credit Management for Prepaid Hauliers

For hauliers and suppliers who operate on a prepaid credit basis, the Internal Portal now includes a live credit balance panel.

Staff can see at a glance which hauliers are approaching or have reached their minimum credit threshold, making it straightforward to know who needs to be invoiced for a top-up before their balance runs out. This removes the risk of hauliers arriving on site with insufficient credit and keeps cash flow moving smoothly for both parties.
